The insole is well made

The insole is well made. It was a reasonable price. Shipping and packaging were sufficient. I am trying it in my current workout shoes and finding it tight, I have trimmed it and adjusted it as much as I feel comfortable but I'm likely needing to go up a half-size in my next pair of workout shoes. This will be o.k. but I'd rather not. The insoles feel good enough for me to do this and I'll make the adjustment going forward. I like the product, the overall fit might be more a 3 in my review.

Very hard on the arch. Not what I expected

Excellent for heel pain plantar fasciitis, an achilles bursitis

These insoles allow me to climb upstairs with much less pain, then, with other insoles. They are a very good product.Break them in slowly

Not enough support.

I was disappointed in the support they provided. Too soft over the ball.

Sounds like plastic crunching with every step

They make a ridiculous sound when you walk in them. They fit well and support my arch, but it’s truly annoying to walk in them. This is my second pair of the exact same insoles with the same shoe. First ones I bought through my podiatrist and they didn’t do this, so maybe these are knock-offs?
